Love, For Christ’s Sake!
“A new commandment I give unto you, that ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.” John 13:34, 35
On this day, whether it be to your husband or your wife, to your mother or your father, your son or your daughter, your kin or someone outside of your family, your friend or enemy, make the decision to show acts of service and kindness. These acts are expressions of the love that Jesus said would be our witness to all men. Loving and serving others will always benefit to us, but let’s do this for the sake of Him Who gave Himself for us. Let’s let everyone know that we are His disciples.
