Are You Ready?
“Preach the Word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.” 2 Timothy 4:2
Are you ready for any situation that comes your way? In your own life? In someone else’s life? We are exhorted to be instant, ready; and to be seasonal and unseasonable in our readiness. That lets us know that it is important for us to be in the Word, in prayer and in fellowship with the Holy Spirit on a daily basis. We are not to wait for challenges to come and then try to get ready for them. Daily we are to be building our spiritual houses on the rock so that when any thing comes, we are ready to act in accordance with the will, Word and power of God.
