Watch Over Your Prayers
“Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving.”
Colossians 4:2

Taking the step to initiate prayer over a matter is very important. However, we must see our prayers through to manifestation. A major responsibility of ours in prayer is to be watchful. Thanksgiving is an important part of that. When we are thankful, we are keeping that prayer alive. Being thankful lets both us and the Lord know that the prayer offered was and is a heart-felt prayer; one that we consider to be important because we won’t allow it to die. Thanksgiving helps keep the pathway of receiving open by stifling satanic interference where our prayer is concerned. Thanksgiving keeps us in a place of being able to receive the Holy Spirit’s voice and wisdom for anything we may need to do to cooperate with the answer.
