JANUARY 12

Who Am I?
“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” 2 Corinthians 5:17

Satan is very, very afraid of a born again believer finding out their identity in Christ. The attack that he launched against man in the Garden of Eden is the same attack that he has launched against the body of Christ – to cloud the reality of who the believer really is in Christ. When a believer realizes who he is in Christ, then he or she will begin to act like it, the Holy Spirit will honor that and satan and demonic forces will have to show respect. Pay close attention to the following Scriptures and incorporate them in your process of mind renewal.

2 Corinthians 5:21:  For He hath made Him to be sin for us, Who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him.

Romans 8:16, 17: The Spirit itself ( Himself) beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: and if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint – heirs with Christ: if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

Ephesians 2:10: For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

Colossians 2:9, 10: For in Him dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily. And ye are complete in Him, which is the head of all principality and power.

1 John 4:17: Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as He is, so are we in this world.
